Finished Socks

Here are my Aquaphobia (non-pooling socks that pooled) Socks. I finished them this afternoon...and then I cast on for my Monkey Kaw Kaw knitalong (no pics yet).

Update!

I started a different blanket. It is a crocheted Ripple Blanket made with simply soft. So far I am on the second repeat of colors.

I have finished BOTH!!! sleeves for my "cat" sweater and I have started on the body.

World Wide Knit in Public Day is June 24! We will be meeting at Citrus Park Mall again this year at 10am. Join us in the Food Court for a day of knitting, eating and meeting new friends!

Hey everyone!

It's been a while since we posted, so I thought I'd just post a quick hello! I will be home today working on my 2nd grinchy sock and mom's clapotis. Hope to get some progress made before I go back to work on Monday!

Irish hiking scarf - Check

I have finished the Irish hiking scarf this last Sunday. The hat that is going with the scarf is still being worked on the inital band. Pics will be up as soon as I get my camera working!

We went to get our Harry Potter books! I figured it was my last chance to stand in line waiting for it so I gathered some friends from knitting and we wandered around Barnes and Noble knitting.

Sunday July 8

We have decided to try Jason's Deli (2702 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL
(813) 903-0017) for knitting this Sunday. It is right around the corner from Panera. The food is pretty good, nice lighting and lots of space for us to sit around in! There used to be a Silent Dinner there every other week, so they are used to people just sitting around. And most of all, they have fountain sodas with free refills for Sandy! Meeting time is 4pm as usual.
